Kristine

Kristine is a recent graduate of the Artist Masters program at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Prior to this, she trained at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where she was awarded the HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship, the Adrian and Anne Walter Creative Professional Practice Award, and the Best Academic Achievement Prize.

Kristine has extensive experience teaching both one-on-one and group instrumental classes in private and school settings. She served as a graduate assistant at Guildhall Young Artists, where she supported ensemble and group string classes. Her work as a peripatetic teacher in both the UK and Hong Kong showcases her ability to adapt to diverse educational environments and teaching styles. Currently, she teaches for various music services and private schools.

In addition to her teaching, Kristine is an active performer. As a chamber musician, she has performed in concerts at the Guildhall School and St. James Piccadilly, and in masterclasses with renowned ensembles such as the Shanghai Quartet and the Orion Quartet. Her orchestral experience includes side-by-side projects with the Hong Kong Philharmonic and the London Symphony Orchestra.

Kristine is also passionate about theatre productions. Her recent performances include “Giulio Cesare” at the Saluzzo Opera Academy, “Madame Butterfly” and the world premiere of “Under the Greenwood Tree” at the Dorset Opera Festival, and “The Monster of Gao Village” at Tête à Tête: The Opera Festival. Additionally, she was featured in the premiere of Stephen McNeff’s “A Star Next to the Moon,” presented by the Guildhall School.
